Chitransh is the founding partner of CVSS & Associates and C&S Consultancy. A Chartered Accountant with additional qualifications in information systems audit (DISA), concurrent audit (CAAT), direct taxes (CADR), and cloud computing (CCCA), he brings an unusually broad technical base to client advisory work.

His practice spans GST advisory, direct tax planning, government subsidy facilitation (RIPS, RTPS, PMEGP), bank finance, statutory audit, and business structuring. He is also pursuing an LLB, reinforcing the firm's approach of grounding all advisory in legal and regulatory first principles. An early adopter of AI in CA practice, he leads the firm's technology and automation initiatives.

CA Sumit Soni is a partner at CVSS & Associates with a focused practice in direct taxation and statutory audit. He handles client engagements across ITR filing, tax audit, scrutiny assessments, and appellate representation, bringing structured, methodical thinking to complex compliance matters.

His audit work covers statutory audits under the Companies Act and tax audits under Section 44AB, with particular experience in manufacturing and trading entities.

CA Chanchal Saini heads the compliance and advisory practice at CVSS & Associates. Her work spans GST compliance, ROC filings, company and LLP formations, and trust registrations — with a strong emphasis on accurate documentation and deadline management.

She plays a central role in client onboarding and ongoing compliance management, ensuring clients meet their statutory obligations without disruption to their core operations.
